Professional executive that can lead, communicate and inspire. Bill has over 30 years of business and executive management experience. He has served on several private and public organization boards and now chairs, 'The Otto Graham Athletic Legacy Fund' for the US coast Guard Academy. He is also Chairman of the successful and now annual 'Otto Graham Golf Classic' that is held at private upscale golf courses here in Southeastern Connecticut to benefit, support and recognize U.S. Coast Guard Academy cadet athletic programs.

He started his business career as a sales leader for IBM, achieved a number of distinct top performance awards and progressed through several management and leadership positions. He played a key sales, leadership and executive role at Stratus Computer, from start up operations to the company's public offering. Additionally, he led the start up and growth efforts at a software communications company, served as a senior executive at a national call center outsourcing company as well as a regional IT reseller company. Prior to entering the technology industry, Thompson served 5 years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Coast Guard with tours of dutyin Vietnam and the Antarctica. He was the youngest Coast Guard Officer selected for the initial Vietnam deployment and he served as an Executive Officer and then Commanding Officer for their 82' patrol boats. He served in Antarctica as an Operations Officer aboard, what was then the world's largest icebreaker.

A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Thompson distinguished himself as a co-captain of the Academy's only undefeated and untied football team and co-captain of the baseball team. He was selected as a 'Small College All-American' in football and received the inaugural 'ECAC College Player of the Year Award' as well as All New England in Baseball and was honored as Southeastern Connecticut's Athlete of the Year. He was inducted into the Coast Guard Academy's Athletic Hall of Fame as well as the Northeastern Pennsylvania Athletic Hall of Fame. He is an avid golfer, licensed Connecticut Real Estate Broker with Graduate Realty Institute and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations as well as a licensed USCG Captain and Master for vessels up to 100 tons. As owner and operator of SeaScape Charters, he is pleased to excellence in custom cruising as well as offering 'first rate' Sotheby's real estate service for client needs. He was recently honored for the Distinguished Volunteer Service Award for his more than 20 years of volunteer fund raising for The Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association.

Moving to the Mystic area nearly five years ago, Lucia has worked for JTK Restaurant Group, acquiring the interpersonal and communication skills that serve her well in the world of real estate. Lucia’s networking skills and sphere of influence are second to none.

Lucia works closely with Seaport Real Estate Group, offering a youthful demeanor and ability to exercise her strong work ethic, passion and attention to detail. Prior to joining Seaport Real Estate Group/William Pitt Sotheby's, having an entrepreneurial spirit as a young girl, Joanna began her career in business in the Mystic and Stonington Communities with the opening Mystic’s first Day Spa, "Face to Face Aesthetics" in 1987. She went on to purchase and operate a large commercial resort property in Mystic. In 2008, she opened OC's Pool World in Mystic, as well as SB Industries which developed and manufactured a Polymer based soil solidifier for use in road construction, land fill caps, pool and spa industry and more.

With 30 years in the Mystic business community Joanna brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.  

With her prior careers in health, wellness and hospitality, Joanna is naturally caring and attentive to the needs of others. Embedded in the service industry for over twenty years, Jonathan’s background of professional experience lies largely within the private sector of the Golf Industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, N.C. Born and raised in Wethersfield, he has lived on the CT shoreline for over ten years.

Previously he had followed the seasonal pattern of the golf business, pursuing winter employment in North Carolina, California and Florida. Surrounded by boundless networking opportunities, golf has provided Jonathan with a larger vision of what he is capable of offering to a cohesive team of professionals, given the proper tools. Embracing this new environment has enabled him to access an untapped reservoir of competencies and carve out a niche role that allows him to contribute to the collaborative efforts of the Seaport Real Estate Team.

Molly Bruno is a focused and driven real estate professional with local shoreline knowledge. Coming from a background of 10+ years in marketing, Molly continues to approach business with a creative and entrepreneurial philosophy. As a small business owner, Molly has strong roots in the community. She sits on the Young Professional Network committee at the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors. She has experience volunteering and fundraising with non-profit organizations, such as American Cancer Society and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

After growing up in Southeastern CT, Molly graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. She loves the shoreline area for the beautiful beaches, and hiking trails. When she’s not in “work mode”, you can find her teaching yoga, reading, or enjoying local music.

 2005 - Present In addition to the responsibilities at the former retail store, Karolina assumed responsibilities for all management of properties owned and controlled by the Maniscalchi family and certain select clients. Upon the completion of the asset sale of Hardware Home Center, Inc., Karolina has assumed the day-to-day responsibilities as property manager at Systems Property Management. Karolina coordinates all property management, maintenance, tenant management, residential leasing, property rehab, bank and monthly statement reconciliation, and tax reporting of all vendors. Managing a diverse portfolio of over 35 properties that include multi-family, industrial, commercial and retail.

1996 – July 2009 As in-house controller and manager of Hardware Home Center Karolina’s responsibilities included financial reporting for Hardware Home Center, Inc. a $5.5 million dollar volume enterprise. Primary tasks were managing the Point of Sale Systems, bank reconciliation, sales/management reports, accounts payable/receivable, all human resource responsibilities including, but not limited to, worker’s compensation, Occupation Safety and Health Administration compliance, health insurance, payroll and tax reporting, all health benefits reporting and management for 50+ employees. In addition to all state board of equalization reporting, Karolina prepared all quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for submission to the firm’s CPAs for year-end tax reporting.

Brittany Carr is our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator here at Seaport Real Estate Group. Brittany has always been inspired by the power of visual arts ever since she can remember. Her dream since she was little was always to pursue a life and career that allowed her to use her creativity that she is so passionate about. She graduated from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA in 2012 where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a Concentration in Photography and a Minor in Creative Writing.

She brings a unique and versatile creative background to the team which includes areas of fine art, photography, video, design, typography, writing, screen printing, painting, drawing, bookbinding, sculpture, even warm glass. Her concentration and focus on composition, color, and shape in her work results in eye catching creations. Her dedication, passion, versatility, and fun and outgoing personality makes her fit in seamlessly here at Seaport and allows her to excel at what she loves. Originally from Portsmouth, NH, Brittany moved to the CT area in 2014 and is very excited about her new surroundings. In addition to art, Brittany enjoys being outdoors and active, whether she is hiking, kayaking, running a road race, or simply walking around and exploring new places.

Matt is completing a summer internship with the group. Going into his senior year at the University of Connecticut, Matt is studying advertising. In prior years, Matt has served as a caddy at golf resorts across the northeast, which has given him a high level of communication skills that he hopes to apply to the real estate industry after college.

In his short time with the group, Matt has gained a plethora of skills and knowledge. Being a quick learner has benefitted Matt while with the group, allowing him to do a wide range of tasks. Some of his favorite things to do are aerial photography with drones and organizing marketing strategies using social media and the group’s property packet.
