Although born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Nolan Trask was raised in Rhode Island since he was 3 months old. With family ties to multiple areas in New England, he feels the connection to the ocean and the community. As the child of two psychologists, he recognizes the importance of a home to bring family together and create a sense of belonging. He first found his passion for homes and real estate while helping his parents work through multiple home remodeling projects, watching how design choices reflect both functional needs and personal style. As he discovered, even in college, a dorm room is a great blank canvas to create your own haven! After going away for college, Nolan has an even greater appreciation of the unique qualities of New England, including the importance of a good iced coffee. As a Sophomore at The Ohio State University, Nolan managed his coursework and a leadership role on the club volleyball team, while also obtaining his real estate license in Rhode Island and Connecticut. He will graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and minor in Real Estate in May of 2025. Nolan approaches every project with a dedicated drive and focus on details. Outside of school or work, you’ll find him at the gym every day of the week or on the volleyball court trying to perfect his craft. He is committed to excellence: serving his clients to get the best out of every deal with effective communication, persistence, care and due diligence.
