Tyler Gracey

Tyler’s experience ranges between both residential and commercial real estate transactions and advisory. His background spans various aspects of the industry, ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to investment and development, making him an asset to the Seaport team and their clients. He has earned certification in Commercial and Investment Real Estate (CIREC) and previously served as Co-Chair of the Commercial Committee at the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors (ECAR).  After serving an active role with the Seaport team for four years, Tyler temporarily stepped away to continue expanding his knowledge, expertise, and exposure to the real estate industry. In 2022, he began working alongside an institutional investor and developer, as well as a past client of his, where he played a direct role in sourcing off-market acquisition and development opportunities, primarily for marinas and self storage facilities. During his time there, he contributed to a growing portfolio of over $400 million in assets under management nationwide.   Tyler returned to Seaport in 2025, bringing back with him a deeper understanding of the real estate industry as a whole, combining both brokerage and principal perspectives. As always, Tyler aims to continue growing and bringing value to his clients, colleagues, and those around him every step of the way and is excited to be back where it all started.  He is a lover of water and the outdoors and finds peace and energy through nature, exercise, and extreme sports. He currently lives on Earth with his dog, Kai, and enjoys living life to the fullest.
