Have you ever chosen a piece of fruit that looks amazing only to find that the insides are rotten? You are disappointed to say the least and left with a sour taste in your mouth. There is future hesitation when reaching for another piece that originated from the same place. I have found this to be very true in dealing with people and business. Perception is not necessarily reality. You have to get to know the person before becoming comfortable in referring their services to your sphere of influence. After all, your recommendation is a reflection of how you do business.

I am tremendously proud to say that I have created a network of individuals that are extremely talented, reputable, and place the interests of their clients before their own. Peter A. Giordano Jr, of Prominent Development, LLC operating company of Tier 1 and Harbour Towne is an outstanding builder who truly focuses on the needs of his clients. Peter’s consultative approach in tandem with passion and attention to detail fosters a positive experience from start to finish.

Like a great piece of fruit…Peter’s product is good to the core….literally. I have rarely witnessed a builder who takes as much pride in the process as he does in the result. Behind the walls you will find a level of craftsmanship that is defined by artistic symmetry of the plumbing and electrical lines that radiates throughout the entire building process.

I am trying to think of a fruit that you would bite into without being able to visually able to observe that it is rotten. I'm stumped. :)

I've always appreciated working with builders that are "good apples" most especially because of the pride that they have in the subject property. It's like an artist and the project is his gallery of masterpieces.
