After 3 years of ownership, they decided East Rock needed a change, and Ward 9 was born! Each section of New Haven is divided by areas or what's referred to as wards. ‘Ward 9’ represents the section of the East Rock neighborhood where Dennis and Carmela live, work and play. They kept the same amazing staff but slightly changed the food and cocktail menus.
